Remodels can be precarious, and we recognize this, that is why we take so much time with our clients as they navigate the preparation and construction life-cycle as a remodel can be disruptive to one's life and “normalcy”.
In a professional and guiding way, we are there with you the whole time. We connect and assist our clients to architects and designers who will develop full permit-ready plans including the initial As-builts. We also work with client-hired architects who are already in the design process. No project is complete and ready for construction with plans alone, our team works with clients to complete all necessary pre-construction planning, including final, detailed selections, written scope of work and construction costs and budgets. Once ready for construction, we manage and build the project through completion and final inspections.
